Systematic search. Advertisement only in exceptional cases.

Our commissions normally carry on for 2-4 months.
We work only according to work plans accepted by the client.

The work plan is based on the company’s present situation and its future goals.

Thus, based on material such as company presentations, the business plan, the closing of the books, budgets/forecasts, the market, the products and the services.

The work plan also describes the work model, schedules and charging principles. 

The claim profile is based on the current state of the business plan, visions, goals and strategies/activities. We handpick the 'ideal' candidate.

In the search process, we turn to our own list of candidates and our qualified contact network with representatives from different lines of business.
 

The candidates are presented in a report where they are checked against the claim profile agreed upon.


Selection. The candidates are not only supposed to be suitable for the position, but just cut out for it.

Recruitment is not a uniform concept. To start with, one has to distinguish between recruitment and crewing. The concept of recruitment is defined in the following section.




The Basic Level

The basic level is defined by its search difficulty; it has nothing to do with competence. The search consultants adopt general methods such as databases and advertisement.

 

The consultants are often psychologists and basically, they test and pick out the ‘best’ candidate from a given number. In most cases, the result of a selective test is likely to coincide with the result of in-depth interviews and references. The test, though, may render more precise information on the candidate’s personal merits and demerits.

 

The Intermediate Level


Search consultants. In this case, the interested candidates are contacting the consultant while the consultant is searching and picking out the right candidate. The search consultant is looking for the ideal candidate for the position.

This method is particularly suitable for positions requiring a specific competence profile at a higher level.

When working with executive search, the client business plan is the framework. By doing so, we have the right business understanding when drawing up the claim profile. The company’s future, from present situation to accomplished mission, highly affects the choice of the most suitable manager and the claim profile.

Whereas selection-orientated consultants, in rough terms, get under the candidate’s skin (by adopting standardised methods and not considering the nature and the needs of the client). Consultor analyses profoundly the business plan/operational plan when searching for executives. We carry out in-depth interviews with the candidates and carefully analyse their references.

When required, the search and the selection can be combined. However, with emphasis on a claim profile based on the business or operational plan.

 

The Highest Level


Top executive search. The same as intermediate but on an international level.

 

Our company is found in the intermediate level and by strategic alliances in the basic level.
